    NSV : I lent my friend my ‘waist leash’ to try as she’s thinking of getting a second dog. Having to walk our guest as well as our own, we could have done with it. However, I took one of the 6’ leashes and looped it round my waist with enough length left on it to walk Poppy comfortably.

    Almost everyday there is something positive related to my UAC journey, that’s just today’s!

    NSV’s:
    * my rings are loose
    * I love to exercise each day with approx 10K steps of no Pilates. A huge change.
    * I wore a pair of pants and a shirt that I couldn’t before & could wear them all day today for the first time without them getting too tight.
    * Far more muscles, can lift heavier weights!

    Calories ✅ I was so busy getting things ready for the impromptu bday party my grandson insisted on having for his daddy that I actually didn’t eat enough calories yesterday...even when I included the little piece of cookie cake I had....so even though I tracked it, MFP wouldn’t post it!
