Today, Sunday, will be my 3rd day of starting my day by running in the sand with a horse. Last night, I searched for an image of a horse running in the sand. This one just hit me. Don't these horse look happy as they run together along the shore.

Closet has clothes back in it. I am showing my mom how to pay her bills online. They want to be able to stay longer at my sister's and have less to worry about. I hate to get too excited but I really hope my sister gets this place. Right now it all is waiting to see if the sellers get the house they want.
I am going through my clothes and giving stuff to one of the girls at work.Tina is too LOL she is a nice girl she just needs some help with the business attire. Plus it makes room in my closet.8 -

Exercised?: No. Rain and lunch with friends. No opportunity to walk.

First pass day of the month. Was semi-planned as lunch with friends, celebration for my upcomming 50th (next week) and my daughters 15th (tomorrow).
This mornings weigh in was even lower than yesterday. As it's a pass day today and I am currently underweight, I'll have the extra dessert which will put me over by less than 200 cal.
Should be back on track tomorrow as should be dry enough to walk as normal before work. Flying interstate again on Tuesday, but organised to be home for my daughters birthday.

Exercised?: Took a long walk with my dog and did Rushfits stretching for flexibility routine.
Calories?: I really cut it close today ^^ I had already eaten all my protein today so just ate a ton of pasta in the afternoon

Yes x 3. Lots of walking. And on one of our walks my 2 year old would abandon her balance bike every few minutes so I'd get to carry that (weight training I guess! Silver linings!)4 -

Exercise - yes, managed to get out for half an hour with the dog

Calories - yes. I am chuffed to survive a cooked breakfast (thanks to my daughter and wife, yum yum) and a Chinese takeaway for tea. But I can't claim all the credit - I've got a occurrence of a bug/virus which has made me feel crappy all day so this really helped :-)3 -

This week I'd like to eat home cooked every night as well

Pass Day for me. We started the day with a Mexican friend watching the World Cup. Bloody Mary’s with toast and home made guacamole......then it was Father’s Day and we have one of our kids (my step) home. This is the first year my husband has spent Father’s Day since with one since we got married so it was a big deal. He got a Golf Galaxy card and a bottle of Glenfiddich so he’s happy!2 -
