For me, there are two more business weeks in the month of June. In addition, we are pretty close to half way through the year. Yikes!
On the positive side, we are more than half way to the UAC monthly goal line.
Have a great day!

Daughters birthday today. She had a good day. Even had some friends over for dinner (which was unexpected).
Still kept to budget even with a piece of birthday cake.
Nice to get back to regular schedule (little rain today). But off interstate early tomorrow morning.

It is nice to be back to my routine. Sick children, hospital trips, no time to track or eat. Stress. But I tried to make some good choices.5 -

Great to be on track again!3 -
Yes x 3. I just wrote a really long post. Then mfp froze and the screen went blank....and it was gone so you're saved from my evening waffling. To summarise, it was race for life day at my school (not sure if you have similar wherever you live but in the UK a charity, Cancer Research UK, arrange sponsored runs). I struggled to keep up with the 5 year old I was working with. What did I do? Downloaded c25k (couch to 5km).I completed the program about 5 years ago so know it works. I also know if you don't use it you lose it. Anyway, week 1 run 1 (it's only 8mins jogging) completed after the England match. Who else is following the World Cup?4

A workday but we have our granddaughter Lucy with us this week. I'm going to try to be home early each day. I can do that everyday except Wednesday.

Pass day 6
Traveled home slowly from holiday. Planned a walk but rain stopped that. Bonus was no spending at the surf shops as they didn't have the stuff I wanted. Didn't spend my holiday budget totally which means more towards my 40th party next month!!!
Dad finally helped me fix my cupboard when I got home.
No exercise, no logging and not healthy food choices.
Tomorrow is back to a sort of routine (I'm super grumpy without regular jiu jitsu in my life)1 -
Calories: under
Tracked: yes!
Exercise: went for a light walk on a beautiful but very hot day!1 -
3rd Pass Day
I was at an educational conference, it was a long day, so ate my meals there. Big mistake. I had a bagel for breakfast, had no idea how many calories those things had. OMG! Then salami sandwich, then they laid out big packages of candy snacks, which we all pounced on, because you go nuts sitting all day. Then as we're all eating candy, we have a lecture on diabetes, and how 1 out of 3 people will have it, but 2050! For me, I really need to make my own food. It's hard to make good choices when out. I'm bringing my own food today.3 -
