Going fishing on a pond this morning. Nice, short hike yesterday thru the chasm. Deep narrow rocky cleft in the earth and jumbles of boulders down below. Fascinating place.

Preschool graduation was very intense... teachers all crying. Dedicated women.

My breathing events last night were much lower than previously with this machine, 3.2/hr vs. 20/hr. Only difference is I used two pillows. Will try again tonight. Tomorrow I see my doctor.

    Mornin' gents.

    Never finished my post yesterday.

Googled Purgatory Chasm. Neat formation. Glad the pillow thing helped.

Would love a fitbit or the like, but DW would tease me about needing tech to encourage me to move more. I sort of agree with her. I do think society is a wee bit tech dependent these days.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning!

I am doing OK without the Garmin. I might have to think about doing less with the phone next? I'm just going through a phase where I am trying to nip out addictive things that are possibly holding me back.

Mike, I hope that the doctor is able to help tomorrow. Take a pillow to whop him in the head with if he is not cooperative.

Connie is presenting to the KC Chiefs rookies this morning, then eating with them at their training table. Awesome opportunity to reach some young professionals. MADD has one story it uses where a player was responsible for a DUI crash. Among the items that law enforcement found in his car was a paycheck stub for over $800,000. Dumb drinking decisions knows no social or economic boundaries.

    Have a great day!

    Good Morning,
2nd pillow pillow helps breathing but can cause back and neck problems, better get machine working to clear up sleep.
Looking forward to being able to decide to go hiking or fishing anytime.
My Fitbit went down several months ago, was never addicted to it like DW; she joins challenges and competes with groups; only thing I miss it not having a watch. Seen DW go out to walk at 10:30 at night because someone was ahead of her for day. But I can say it has really helped her with blood sugar.
    Morals know no economic bounds.
Today makes my last Wednesday at work, counting today 5 more work days.
Received my exit clearance forms this morning.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Good morning gentlemen.

Really getting down to the short hairs, arent't you, Sam?

Fishing yesterday was great - the catching was lousy. Only a few nibbles, but beautiful at the lake and I started an interesting novel my DDIL gave me for Fathers Day.

Hope Connie's session with the Chiefs has a positive effect, Steve.

Getting car serviced this morning. Last time they found an issue that ended up costing me a bundle. Hope this time is drama free.

Good Morning! The community page was down a few hours ago when I tried to check in but is back. Just back from the Pain Clinic. More Toradol/B12 and a discussion on how to get the nerve pain to back off. Trigger Point Injections in 3 weeks and possible another epidural if things don't improve. I am sort of used to all this now. In the meantime it is back to daily rolling, stretching and gentle strength & posture exercises. Connie continues to amaze me. I do wear my vivofit, but don't do the challenges or community stuff. Helps me keep track of my sleep a bit and how active (not sitting) I am doing. Sometimes when I charge it I forget to put it back on though.
