Exercised?: Yes. 9km walk in 75 mins (Harbour Bridge).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Not raining tonight so got to do my now usual walk. Watched a cruise ship pull out from Circular Quay. Those ships are huge.
Even with city streets, traffic lights and other pedestrians I still manage 8min/km (or just under 13mins/mile).
Well under calories for the day, especially with the walking.
@RangerRickL. Happy to share.
Related to yesterday, one odd thing in learning to solve a rubiks cube blindfolded is learning how to remember a sequence of at least 20 unrelated items for recall. Most people top out at between 6 and 8. Glad I had the memory and sequencing skills as I needed it to solve a tricky IT problem today of ordering a shifting list of 87 items in a single pass (you could only ever see 10 of the 87 items at a time and they moved every time you altered one). Made an 6 hour task into a 30 minute task.

One month until my 40th birthday!
Exercise was thoroughly cleaning my house. I hate doing it but my allergies are going mad so I cleaned all the dust, moved furniture to get rid of the fur-nados (I have a labrador) and changed all the bedding. Hope this helps the allergy issue.
Calories were on maintenance which is fine as I went to friends for dinner to celebrate some things including buying my tickets for a mission trip to North Africa in October which is exciting and scary at the same time.

@RangerRickL I think I've reached the point where nothing @craigo3154 says surprises me so I might not show as much awe and respect as I feel. What a man! @craigo3154 thanks for always sharing and wow what a memory! I need to work on my memory. I used the excuse of baby brain for a while. She's 2 now!
Yes x 3. Logged everything. Was going to be under but then remembered the strawberry ice cream (yoghurt really) that the kids gave me at school they'd made I couldn't say no to so that brought me up to an amount mfp said I could close my diary on.
Exercise:week 1 run 2 (ha, an occasional slow jog really) completed.
Hope everyone's had a great day! xx6 -

Today I did a Mixxfit class. I found it really hard to keep up but the music was awesome and I really enjoyed it. I’ll be going back next Wednesday.
I’m trying new things.......3 -

Feels like things happen too slowly so far as habits kicking in although this morning, I started my exercise first thing and felt really good about it. I think this is going to help with staying focused and less stressed. My weight hasn't dropped this week so I feel it's because I need to work more on getting enough water. I'd like to be able to get back into some jeans I hand-painted! That's one of my goals. Another more significant goal is healing myself of this MS. So happy to be in this challenge for motivation.

I can kind of say tracking, tracking, that is two. But I didn't really do much that counts for exercise. So I ain't got all three.
Here I sit remembering a sublime journey into the woods. Heh, memory of exercise. I don't guess I will try counting that.
I think about the sound of that elk crooning to his paramour. It wasn't even light all the way and that rascal was singing his love song. Well that is something. But at night you lay there in your pup tent and think about how fast the temperature dropped with the setting of the sun. An hour ago you were uncomfortably hot in short legs and sleeves. It got down to 45 in nothing flat. So as you lay there in your sleeping bag wishing your head had something warm on it, you listen to the sounds of the night.
There is always bear paranoia. You listen for stuff moving around close by. The shuffling of slow moving feet. The sniffing and snuffing of a creature who operates by his sense of smell. My sneakers are outside the tent. I wonder if they are enough to attract a bear. I had a can of kippered herring for a snack. That is some smelly stuff. I put that away and zipped in a zip lock in the car. Bear paranoia. Flashlight is in a known location as well as pepper spray and a heavier less mention-able ultimatum.
But the sounds that happen like maybe a couple of hours after it is all the way dark... If you were starting to doze you awaken. Coyotes or wolves or some wild brand of canines are yipping and yowling and howling. I am going there again and I am going to see if my phone can record that. It is spooky and fascinating at the same time. You can't tell how far away they are. You think that you won't be able to sleep with that going on. But in spite of bear paranoia and howling of coyotes, sleep comes.
Ain't no fire allowed. Wildfire danger. That's something. I been known to have a campfire. I been known to stand right in the smoke when mosquitoes were particularly bad. But now I think having a campfire pushes wildlife further back. No campfire is kind of a different and better experience. No cooking of hot dogs or marshmallows. But which would you rather? Fire or sounds of the night? ... or the early morning love song.
Heh! The camp is at ten thousand feet. You know your fitness level by whether or not you get winded climbing here.
It is nearly mid summer and I still see a little bit of frost on some of my things. Weird.
Nice way to escape the summer heat.
