Hi ladies,
It would be nice to check at the end of this challenge how much we have lost in total as that will motivate us to keep it up after the challenge.

so I started this challenge weighing, 225.9 lbs

    Hi everyone =)

    My starting weight as of 1st Oct was, 116kg.

    Hoping to be under 110kg if possible by the end of the month.

    Got my new bike up and running yesterday. Starting weight 176. I can only do short bouts on the thing so far before my legs just won't do anymore, 10 mins. here and there, I'm hoping it all counts in the end.

    I will ride my stationary bike 5 days a week. I will do 5 or 10 min three times a day until I can do 20 or 30 minutes.
    My bike is gathering dust. I weigh 143.

    I just started the other day. Started at 269 and am 267.4 today.

    I plan on biking after my nap.
