What is your favorite lie calorie yet filling breakfast that will last you until your next meal?

    I make steel cut oatmeal with flaxseed, cinnamon and almond extract. Slow cook for about three hours (set on timer to start). Add a little maple syrup and 1/2 - 1 cups blueberries.

    My favorite right now is cereal with yogurt and fresh fruit.
