It's Jiu Jitsu day!!! And I registered for the competition on 7 July!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!3

The bank is doing a boat cruise in July. 3 hours finger foods and booze. I really love my job but I am like the only non drinker in the bank. They drink a lot larger setting and I can bop around and leave once everyone is on their 2nd or 3 rd drink. On a boat I am stuck for the whole ride. I do believe I will pass. Plus it's on swim night I am not giving up swimming for that.4

Jiu Jitsu was awesome! Ankle handled well being taped up and my fear that I'd forgotten everything was thankfully unfounded.
Out of routine of logging food again. Need to get back into it...2 -

Exercised?: Did a full body workout at the gym, took about an hour and took 20.000 steps today, wich is an okay amount.
Calories?: Got 658 calories left today, my weight is back down to 67.3 so i will try to up my calorie intake again but some days i just cant eat that much.
Tracked?: Yes tracked it all, ate some just before 12 o´clock just to not be over 1k calories under in my diary(i very stricktly cut of at 12 and everything i eat after i logg on the next day)

I'll have to take a pass today - wasn't feeling well. Ate really well though, just couldn't get motivated to move.
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Couldn't manage it
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES, and with no fitbit adjustment was quite tight.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES - had a "clean day" too.2 -

Decided to not attempt tracking/guessing conference food. Food is good and staying within limits. kept up yoga and meditation. Can’t wait to come home though.2

My gym membership is working out well so far. I went to Forever Fit at lunchtime and then to an aqua aerobics class with some friends in the evening. I use the app to find a class and then just turn up, I like it this way.2 -
