The 4 grandchildren waiting for us to board a catamaran for 2 hours of swimming and other water activities at Top of the Rock Lake in Missouri. The lake water was a very pleasant temperature and today’s exercise was more play than work. My ongoing exercise helps me to be able to enjoy a strenuous day of physical activity with the family.

The 9th already! I skipped posting yesterday because I was on the road to go to a dear friend's birthday party. He's a great musician and I hadn't seen a lot of the people there for ages. A gorgeous day, excellent food, and well worth the drive to get there and back ! I managed to stay on track, barely - logged late but done, with a good walk before leaving.
I laughed that you thought my horse was named beauty spots, @RangerRickL ! He just has them. His registered name is My Exquisite Heart (which fits him even better!) but we just call him Montana. Or Banana when he's being silly. He's the world's most gentlemanly stallion and guardian of our little herd of geldings.
I'll post again when today is over. I had better get some more exercise today!4 -

Yep, all done! 30 minutes swimming, another 20 minutes walking.

Husband out of domestic duties after knee operation, so I'm having to double up on those, probably counts for a few extra calories burnt.4 -

I got DONE again. Luckily that isn't involved in reaching winners circle or I'd be out already.
Light exercise as I donated blood yesterday but it gave me time to get to my rehab that I've been missing as I was so crazy busy.
Food was good choices and all logged but below my ideal range. That's fine occasionally but I need more to fuel my life.
Tonight we have a visiting instructor, Jeff Doner is in the area for surfing. Apparently there is a possibility that Kelly Slater may come with. Last year the senior guys got to roll with Luke Rockhold. It's convenient being close to Jeffreys Bay!1 -

Monsoon season has officially started. It been overly humid on our morning walk and tonight we are having a majestic thunderstorm.
On our morning walk, we went to walk outside of our sub division but there were 3 Coyotes on the other side of the gates. I didn’t see them, I don’t wear my glasses when we all walk together, luckily Larry saw them and we turned around before we go too close.

Have successfully gone from 3 meals+1 snack to 3 meals a day! I read your hunger hormones tend to rise when you normally eat, so I decided to have that happen 3, rather than 4 times a day! (I am also less hungry in hot weather!)

Exercise: Did 1.5h jiu jiutsu with one arm since one of my hands still cant grab becouse of the dog bite. Not very surprising i got beat by pretty much everyone....

No time to exercise. My hubby is away and my mom’s aide was out sick. It was a very, very busy day for me. Worked for a few hours in the morning.
While helping her into bed last night, she lost her balance. Thanks to all of my work on my core and upper body strength, we did not fall and I was able to lift her into bed. So thankful for all the work I have put in working on building strength. It really saved us. Six months ago, I couldn’t have done it. A weird but important NSV.5 -
Pass Day #1
Exercised a ton - walked over 6.5 miles around Philly with over 17,000 but since I don’t eat back exercise calories (and don’t track what I burn) I was over on calories for the day. I tracked everything though and since I ate well for breakfast and lunch, dinner wasn’t horrible but did put me over.
Visited the beautiful campus of the University of Pennsylvania today
