Short walk and water retrieves with dogs yesterday am. Doinked around in garden in morning and afternoon. Started feeling it in afternoon. Appetite is back. Finals on blood work pulled last Thursday expected today.

Had to restake tomatoes yesterday. Originally caged all the plants but they have grown so much that the cages were leaning.

Great that you got 15000 steps in Bill. Fantastic.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning gentlemen.

Glad you are feeling a bit better, Lee.

DS and family were over for dinner last night, so they wouldn't have to cook after getting back from their camping trip. I cooked on the grill and we all ate on the deck. Perfect weather out here, now. Temps are in the uppper 70s, with low humidity.

Have a painter coming by this morning, to make an estimate on painting a repair we made last winter.I'd do it myself, but it's the siding on the chimney surround, on the top of the house. I don't climb up there anymore. Feeling old.

DW has me doing a couple errands, then I might get into the shop to continue the great clean-up project.

    Good Morning!

Bill, awesome on the 15K steps! From where you have been, that is saying a lot!

Lee, hoping you hear on the blood work quickly.

They say that so far, we are on track for the 6th hottest summer on record in KC. This coming week is supposed to be the hottest week we've had so far. We are also in full blown drought now. Ugh!

Feeling some stress at home. Connie is in a very deep funk. Prayers appreciated! We go in cycles, but sometimes the valley gets very deep. When she gets in a deep valley, invariably, I get sucked part way down myself.

Trying to stay cool this week! Have a great day!

Good Morning. Lee, I hope the blood work results are in today and a treatment regimen is able to be quickly implemented. Steve, holding you and Connie close.

We had a long day yesterday. We attempted a little hiking but the knee couldn’t handle it and the back didn’t enjoy it much. The heat was pretty bad too. So the rest of the day we took it easy after drinking a couple over priced beers in air conditioned comfort of the Awahnee’s bar and visiting the museum area. Finished the night stargazing. Did another 15K. Off to the newly reopened Mariposa Grove where trekking poles will be the fashion. Still tracking

    Good Evening,
Don't know how I had time to work. More to do and folks finding things for me to do, gonna have to learn to say NO more often.
Hope Mike is enjoying his trip.
Steve, prayers for Connie and you.
Finally dropping into low 70's at night but mid 90's during day; very draining.
Trying to get to gym more often plus swimming.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am
