Here are two native prairie flowers. On the left is commonly known as Black-eyed Susan and on the right is Cone Flower ( Rudibeckia). These are 2 of my midsummer favorites.

Calling a Pass Day #1. It's my birthday and we're going to a superb restaurant by the river for lunch. I'm going to eat and drink whatever I want! I'll have some exercise walking to the concert hall and back tonight, 30 minutes, but I'm not going to log anything!
Back on track tomorrow!

Exercised?: No. Probably did (as walked to lunch and back which is about a mile and flew home so had all the airport transfers while flying, but not enough to make 10,000 steps for the day).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Flew home and presentation night for Drone Race club. Was awarded most improved for the season (really happy with this as started as easily slowest of my division but made it to 4th by the end of the season - improved about 8 places).
Long walk previous night, so not concerned.

Exercised?: Yes. 3km walk in to far station when walking back from work.

Worked in home city today. Long day, lots of meetings.

Treadmill run this morning because it was raining (which we desperately need a water restrictions have just been increased) and a rehab session with my guy before we went to lunch. Ankle is doing really well, just need to work on a bit more stability.
Good food choices and all logged but I forgot to eat after morning gym because work was busy so only ate lunch and dinner and under my ideal zone.
Only 5 days until my turn for a holiday! Most people will be back on Monday from theirs.3 -

For exercise I did extensive stretching. My last trip to the gym left me in bad shape.1 -
Pass day for me. Didn't exercise or stay on track with calorie goal but wrote everything i ate and drank. Wasn't feeling great before i had some fries today but felt way worse after. Lesson learned. Feeling disappointed today ☹4

Exercised ✅ - didn’t get my walk in until after 8:00 but I did it and got a lovely view of the sunset over the woods and meadow. 1.62 mile walk in 32:10 minutes

I had a fun day of horseback riding. Not as fun at the Three Amigos above, but fun enough!
