Every month, it's difficult for new team members to realize that if you have MORE than 3 Pass Days, then you will not qualify for end of month, Winner's Circle.
BUT,
Even if you have more than 3 Pass Days in a month (I do this month due to a very nice family vacation), you are still in the UAC. We are working on long-term healthy habits here. Stick with us!!

Exercice : Yes. 35 minutes slow walk, as it was too hot, but tonight, when it had cooled down, another 15 minutes fast

It was very hard to accurately log as I had afternoon tea out (this was ok) but then cocktail hour - which had nibbles, I didn't have much to nibble on, but it was about impossible to really log hors d'oeuvres. I'll use a pass day, as it will motivate me to stay on track better for the rest of the month!

Yesterday I went out to high tea followed by cocktail hour. I managed very well for hours - sticking to cucumber sandwiches and the like, then caved during cocktail hour! It caused a nice BUMP on the scales this morning to remind me!3 -
I'm checking in early so I can get a some sleep.
All's well. I got up early this morning and was riding my horse as the sun was rising. I should do this more often!! I rode for one hour.

Then did another 25 marching up & down stairs, with hand weights. To burn off...

Not beating myself up. It is a rare occurrence.

Pass Day #1
What I learned:
1. I eat *really healthily* normally — today’s macros & micros are totally different than usual. More carbs & fats, less protein, double the sodium, sat dat is highest it’s been in 10 months:
2. I felt queasy this evening (the exercising helped) — rich food, which I don’t eat anymore
3. I felt cravings this evening, which I normally don’t. I realized it was blood sugar rise & ignored it. Exercised & drank water.
4. I need to find other ways to help celebrate my friends’ birthdays that does not involve food.
5. If I do host again, base the food on salads & have LOTS of fresh veggies available.
6. That my taste buds have changed.
7. That I succumb to peer pressure in social situations around food others have brought.
What I’m proud of:
1. I got rid of the foods that were “calling to me” right after, thus preventing continued unhealthy eating.
2. Didn’t beat myself up.
3. I enjoyed & paid attention to every bite.
4. I exercised more to minimize the net calorie overage.
5. I didn’t eat more when I felt the cravings in evening.
6. I kept drinking lots of water during the meal and since to feel more full.
7. I’ve planned what I will eat tomorrow!
14 days to go! We’ve got this!!5 -

Was traveling for about 18 hrs (we had 3 drivers). I have a husband that does not like to stop so no exercise and I was in the back seat with way too much food within my reach!
