July 18th
Exercice : Yes, 45 minutes walking, moderate pace, 15 minutes fast
Calories: Yes, stayed under. Had lovely fried chicken and chips, not something I eat often, small portion, AND a glass of wine and only had to use 8 of my walking calories.
Logged it all : Yes.3 -
Spent an hour at the gym and quite a lot of walking, tracked everything and within goal4

1st Pass Day ever. I wasn't planning on taking one but I was at dinner with friends and the meal was too hard to track because I had no clue what was in it and it wasn't the situation to ask multiple questions. So I most likely went over budget. Felt weird but all is good.

Like the terminator, I am back!
I decided the daily discipline of simple accountability would help me get rededicated. I continue to find MFP to be my most effective tool to keep focused, and to track my progress. Summer proved to be more challenging than I expected, but back on track.
I won't be eligible this month of course, but going to start logging anyway, to be in shape for August.
Today I was active 202 minutes, 12,164 steps so far, and nicely under on calorie budget, even though we ate dinner at a local pub.
A good chance at new low on the scale in the morning.
It is good to be back!🤗6 -

Yes for all accept I was not under my calorie goal, I messed up my lunch completely and didn’t track until the end of the night. Not a good idea but I can learn for this mistake4 -
Well, made the classic shopping while hungry error and scarfed down an unmeasured amount of trail mix. And I was not on the trail. Pass!5

One of my favorite cowboy songs has a verse, "Up at the crack of dawn, putting my big boots on.." That was me again today. I did farm chores and rode a horse for 2 hours in the cool early morning light. Fun!

I find that for work days if i plan and enter aĺl my food for the next day's breakfast, lunch and snacks it helps me stay on track and eliminates some stress. 😎🌞4 -
