    Crappy day at work sò came home not wanting to work out but I did anyways cause if I start that again it's a slippery slope to stopping watching what i eat and eventually give up. So basically gave myself a good talking to and did 45 minutes on treadmill. I'm pretty happy with myself. So 3 yes for me today.
