    I hit my lowest weight since high school today. I wasn’t expecting it, and it was thrilling.
    The habits of this group are supporting my weight loss & fitness goals. Thanks everyone!

    Went to spin class with a friend. Exercise so much better with friend when you motivation lagging.
    Calories no- just over. Shared ice cream with my daughter. She was delighted to not eat alone. Worth it.
