    A good day - all logged, exercised, and in good amounts. Had a good hike and garden time. Laughing to myself about using stallion poo on the rhubarb. It has to be superior to gelding poo I'm sure!

    Crappy day at work sò came home not wanting to work out but I did anyways cause if I start that again it's a slippery slope to stopping watching what i eat and eventually give up. So basically gave myself a good talking to and did 45 minutes on treadmill. I'm pretty happy with myself. So 3 yes for me today.
