Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES ✅ - Had to modify my dinner to account for the delicious sweets: Kuih Lapis and Rava Kesari. Dinner ended up being Fried cabbage with a side of Roasted Pumpkin.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? YES ✅ - even the 2 bites of my kids pizza! *facepalm*

Whoops! Looks like I forgot to change my no's to yes for yesterday. Just for the record yes 3xs yesterday and today. Cravings are gone thank goodness. Made it through that without causing damage! Glad to be healthy eating.

Im taking a pass day,
I did busy walking, but no consistant exersize, its been a crazy day.
I went to a fellowship meal, but even tho i tried to eat good,I can only estimate what i ate on caleries.
I still do log my food.4 -

Exercised?: Yes. Home from Sydney (Lunch walk + Sydney airport via train. Well over 20 mins activity)

Flew home. Late night. Flight delays. At least in-flight catering got the right meal.

Exercised?: Yes. 14,000+ steps, drone race setup and tear down.

Drone race competition. Flew well probably the best I have done to date. No crashes, no damage. Disappointed not to make final. However, bad draw meant that I needed to beat the best pilot in my division even to make the final.

Had a lovely ride on our youngest horse - his first trail ride in an English saddle. He was full of beans but listened well and had no major crazies. He is really green but learning.3 -

@jugar Congratulations! Years ago, I had a bad fall during a trail ride in which I was riding an English saddle. Two deer jumped up from the bracken in front of my horse. After that, I bought an Australian Stock Saddle for all of my trail riding. That saddle has helped me stay in the saddle during many moments with spooked horses.

Exercise yes, 10 min, 60 min walk around the idyllic town of Holt, Norfolk, uk, treated myself to a dress from charity shop in a style I would never have thought of even trying on this time last year...50 min walk around Cromer, went to Cromer end of pier show, the only one of its kind in the world, 20 min gardening still having to water here, no rain,

Shopping for 2 hours. Cosco can be a workout. Especially if you don't know where things are.

Only by a few. We stopped at Outback for lunch. No blooming onion but I had a bowl of potato soup, coconut shrimp and a margarita (I was a bit stressed out getting our daughter to the airport and seeing her leave). We won't see her until the fall. I made up the difference in calories by only having a light salad for dinner and some cherries. I like eating out for lunch better because you have time to work it off or to adjust the rest of your intake for the day.
