I don't feel so interesting and inspiring today. I fell out of the UAC over a week ago. Life got hectic, I lost control, and I've been eating like a pig. I'd been at my goal weight for awhile, but now have gained 6 lbs. Ah well, it's done. I could use it as an excuse to flake out for the rest of the month, even pack on some more fat, but instead, I'm back into saddle. I can't make the winner's circle, so my goal is small, make it through the rest of this challenge. Keep up the good work everyone!11

@RangerRickL you're the one who keeps us all going! Thank you especially and thank you everyone for taking part and being amazing!
@Anya_000 welcome back! You'll lose that again in no time. Well done for getting back on it so quickly.
Yes x 3 today! (posting in advance cos I'm on the train out and have 1k+ calories to go which I'll never eat.)
Exercise: 20 mins slow jog, 60mins canoeing, lots of walking.
Tracking: everything
Calories: yes with room left for 2 glasses of wine this eve on a night out at theatre in London. (but I'll confirm tomorrow whether it turned into a wild night and blew the calories!

Welcome back! This is the best part.
I had a lot of out of control experiences these pass few weeks. Mine was not food related but I didn't track as usual.
But I have decided to make it through the rest of the challenge too.5 -

Stuck to everything I was supposed to but wish I had put less on my dinner plate because I was full and kept eating because it was there. I think I will start making a small change to put less on the plate and make the effort to go back for more if I'm still hungry. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach.
I love the support of this group and that people have the courage to come back! Forward movement is all that matters and coming back is forward movement!2 -
Looks like I'm not alone in going off track, summer has been a killer so far.
Between long weekends away and a near-dead phone/sluggish MFP app I've been mia. gonna get a new phone in the next few weeks and I hope MFP and my life will run smoothly. If not I'll log in through... gasp...a laptop!

Former UAC member that derailed and dropped out for a couple months due to medical issues. Previously on here as " fightingthetideofaging," now back for fresh start, and with a new name, Bill70Strong. Normally, I wouldn't jump in at the end of the month, but I don't want to wait another week to get back on here.

Took the last of our house guests to the airport this morning. I missed too many days of tracking/exercising/posting to make it to the winners circle but trying to stick with the challenge helped me stay close to my calorie budget and squeeze in some activity.
It feels good to be back on track
Exercise: 50 min treadmill

Yes x 3 - had a brisk 45 minute walk, practiced for an hour, did horse barn chores, and ran around when a breeding session ended with the stallion escaping while being put back in his stall. No big problem but I ran the mare out back while my daughter caught that bad boy. He came along gently once the mare was out of the way. Luckily all the business was over before this happened and there should be a lovely foal next summer!4

It was our 24th anniversary so dinner out and not so much time for exercise. July is pretty much a stream of birthdays / anniversaries with the odd wedding so glad to have that out of the way. Now just to stop my family interfering in my plans...2 -

When I started tracking activity/steps back in April I was averaging only 4.300 steps a day. Much in part to the UAC, I’m averaging 10,439 a day in July!! This is a huge NSV for me and am looking forward to doing the UAC again in August!
