What's your go-to bfast?

Well it is a bit unusual. 1/4 cup dry oatmeal, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 TBS flax seed ground, benefiber, potassium powder, calcium powder, sometimes cinnamon and water. Japanese green tea and lots of water on the side. On the days I go to work, I have the above for lunch as a drink and a huge salad with a lot of protein for breakfast instead. I don't get time to eat usually at work. What does everyone else do?1

Oh I forgot to add the most favorite part. I eat dark chocolate at breakfast, too. Today I had it with walnuts and the green tea.

@salleewins I tend to eat 2 boiled eggs, turkey smoke sausage and an oz of cheese. Coffee is a must! 😊1

I usually either have oatmeal flavoured with fruit, a smoothie or if i feel like something savoury, avocado on toast. Yum!!2

1/3 cup oatmeal, cooked with cinnamon, a few raisins, .5 oz. crushed walnuts, 2 tsp. ground flax seed, 1 tsp. chia seeds, and 2/3 cup water. Cook it in the microwave for 3 minutes and add about 1/3 c. unsweetened almond milk. I also have an orange and green tea.0
