    Running has been sporadic for months so thought it might be fun to go through C25K again to get my motivation back.


    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 30 minutes C25K training, a 60 minute walk, and 60 minutes strength training.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?Yes

    I plan on being in the winner's circle this month but that's definitely just a fun bonus of the challenge. The real win is just like many of you said..building new habits and my new habits are getting really strong and that's exciting!

    Yes x 3 for me. Back on track, didn't eat like a pig. Walked the dog, worked, and had a tango lesson.

    Calories: 2322-1922= under 400!
    Tracked: yes, all!

    And after posting my new lowest weight yesterday, I unbelievably dropped another 0.4lbs today to a new, new lowest. Thank you Rick & UAC!!

    Had sleep study all night Monday, did not get all that much sleep, but very good results and excellent solution with my CPAP problems. Will help with losing weight going forward.

    Did great on Tuesday and Wednesday! Plenty of exercise, well under on calories, and all logged.

    14 days in a row with a decline in True Weight recorded.
