This is not a one month challenge. This is not really a Winner's Circle challenge. This is the hardest of challenges, it's a let's trade in our unhealthy habits for 3 very specific and effective healthy habits. Habits take lots of time and lots of persistence to build. Thanks to all of those who have the courage to recommit to healthy habits.

I love minions . Well I am on track and have even dropped a few pounds. I am getting pretty regimented again as life is getting hectic.I should be in the winner's circle without a problem. I had to clean off the fridge to start fresh as my white board. Internet hmmmm... deciding whether to keep it or let it go as its off line a lot. Going to wait til my daughter finishes school and see where she ends up. If we end up communicating on it. I will keep it.6

It's my self-made job to read everyone's posts, so it was a treat to read the July 23 posts which came after mine. Take a look! One member has improved from 4,000 steps per day to over 10,000. Another member has hit a new weight low... and there is more!
My report:
Calories: easy to stay under today as I had the right food choices available
Exercise: walking
Tracking; MFP data makes that easy.5 -
