    @am_change found those perfect kitten heels and they are red. Thought of you and of course bought them. LOL. Today was the day I was supposed to be with my sister and her family but she canceled coming home. I took mom out to a shop she wanted to go to. Just had a nice day glad I did it. So far so good.

    Another beautiful day! Hermit thrushes are singing away as I write this.

    All tracked and within limits. Lots of exercise at the barn and with the horses today. And a rehearsal with my pianist - worked up a good sweat there too!

    I have been under the weather for a day or two. Probably from over doing it from my long cardio weekend. I stuck to my plan but only did ab work. Hopefully this will pass fast and not attach to me!😂
