Another beautiful day! Hermit thrushes are singing away as I write this.
All tracked and within limits. Lots of exercise at the barn and with the horses today. And a rehearsal with my pianist - worked up a good sweat there too!

I have been under the weather for a day or two. Probably from over doing it from my long cardio weekend. I stuck to my plan but only did ab work. Hopefully this will pass fast and not attach to me!😂4 -

Exercise? Yes. Went to the gym (treadmill, stairclimber, weight machines). Really didn't want to go but joining this challenge pushed me out of the house.
Calories? Yes, a tad under goal.

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 9+km in North Sydney (3+km at lunch and 6+km for dinner).

Early flight. Uneventful. They remembered by gluten free meal.
Lunchtime walk. Walk to get dinner.
Fell asleep at keyboard while composing the daily post, was so tired (woke up 20 mins later and crawled into bed, posting the following day).
Congratulations to all who made the Winners circle in July. Any month is a hard month to keep consistency.
Congratulations too to all who kept going in July, even after the fourth pass day. This is really what UAC is about.
Each month I post my goals for the month. It helps keep me focused. They are often the same month to month, but it is what I aspire to maintain.
Personal goals for August:- Be in winners circle (track everything, keep under budget, 20+ mins exercise per day, no more than 3 pass days).
- Gain a little then stay between 63kg and 68kg (full maintenance maintenance but too low at the moment. 68kg is still well inside the normal BMI range for me.).
- Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month) and continue past failings (forgive mistakes and keep moving forward).
- Post each day to UAC.
- Encourage others where possible.

Last month, I did make it to 63.0kg, but almost immediately dropped back down to almost 62.0kg. Still struggling to gain weight. Still do not want to re-introduce gluten as it seems to have unwanted side effects (despite keeping weight on).
Made winner circle (just). 3 pass days, but kept honest. All 3 pass days were lack of 20+ mins dedicated activity.
Work travel schedule had me posting every second day. I plan to post every day this month (or at leat try if I can stay awake).
