    @molly3210 good luck with your knee. Keep us posted. If your knee ends up out of commission for a while, there are lots of exercises you can still do. I had my ACL done a few years ago, so I learned them all. Take care.

    Yes x 3 for me today. Logged, under calories, and tango lesson for exercise. My poor dog is still limping, so no dog walking.

    Pass day #1
    Exercise was good 70 min on the treadmill but I didnt track all my food. I think my calories were within range but it was one of those complicated hard to measure days
