I have been ordered to stay off of my knee. Have an MRI scheduled for Sunday to determine what's going on in there. Hopefully I can do some light walking at the very least throughout the process.
I'm scared of not being able to exercise. My calorie allowance is already pretty small. Thinking of going lower carb than normal for the week until I know what's going on.
For now, I'm going to stay accountable with tracking / minding calories . I'm clearly out of the circle, I hope September sees me back in business!
I understand your struggle. I was in a bad accident and had both arm and leg on cast for weeks. If you allow me to suggest, you can do some core and upper body strengthening exercises which will help you overall and if you have a pool available the water is a great place to exercise with no pressure on that knee ......good luck and thinking of you!6 -

@molly3210 good luck with your knee. Keep us posted. If your knee ends up out of commission for a while, there are lots of exercises you can still do. I had my ACL done a few years ago, so I learned them all. Take care.

Exercise was good 70 min on the treadmill but I didnt track all my food. I think my calories were within range but it was one of those complicated hard to measure days2 -

Did a day trip to the beach. Packed a cooler with my allotment of food and water for the day and got plenty of exercise swimming, boogie boarding and walking the boardwalk.
