All food logged and under calories. Getting better with choices but found the left over brownies from my party in the freezer so had some for lunch.
No one pitched for ladies Jiu Jitsu so I did 30 minutes of warm up with the boys and then ran errands. Freezing cold weather, too many bad for choices and no gall bladder combined to make my stomach unhappy enough to skip training tonight. Winter tempts me to eat comfort food which is OK within reason. I've done too much and now I suffer for it. Need to be strong this weekend again as we are out of town for Jiu Jitsu competition so will be eating out all the time.8 -
I have been ordered to stay off of my knee. Have an MRI scheduled for Sunday to determine what's going on in there. Hopefully I can do some light walking at the very least throughout the process.
I'm scared of not being able to exercise. My calorie allowance is already pretty small. Thinking of going lower carb than normal for the week until I know what's going on.
For now, I'm going to stay accountable with tracking / minding calories . I'm clearly out of the circle, I hope September sees me back in business!10 -

Okay, in my post surgical/ anaesthetic haze, I got time zone confused and wrote today’s post in yesterday’s sign in, even though I’d already properly signed in yesterday as legitimately yes for all 3. My first post yesterday was correct for yesterday. So it is only today that I didn’t exercise. My second post from yesterday was meant to be here. Yes for calories and tracking. Still only the one pass day. Sorry for the stuff up.7

A great day and well on track and under calories. Lots of walking, biking, gym time, and eating was reasonable even though I'm still on the road with family.6

Yes to all 3. It's been smoky because of wildfires in British Columbia but it cleared off enough tonight to go for a good walk. I'm struggling with arthritis pain in my foot so I'm hoping yoga will help so today was 2nd day of yoga. It's only a beginner's video but it's a start. It also helps me clear my head.6

I understand your struggle. I was in a bad accident and had both arm and leg on cast for weeks. If you allow me to suggest, you can do some core and upper body strengthening exercises which will help you overall and if you have a pool available the water is a great place to exercise with no pressure on that knee ......good luck and thinking of you!6 -

@molly3210 good luck with your knee. Keep us posted. If your knee ends up out of commission for a while, there are lots of exercises you can still do. I had my ACL done a few years ago, so I learned them all. Take care.

Exercise was good 70 min on the treadmill but I didnt track all my food. I think my calories were within range but it was one of those complicated hard to measure days2
