Hey! I'm Caley, from Melbourne, Australia. 31 years old, 161.6/5'3".
HW 92kg/202lb, SW 88.6kg/195lb, CW 84kg/185lb, GW 60kg/132lb.
I'm currently doing the F45 8 week challenge, though I have been super sick nearly the whole time but have still lost 10lbs. On good weeks when I'm not sick I train 4-5 days. Otherwise I just stick to the meal plan (which is free to access if anyone wants to use it too).

Hey all! I'm Ashley!
5'6", starting weight 264, current weight 250, heaviest weight 279.
Currently I'm working on small changes and changing my mindset. I'm starting back on MFP for counting calories. I've been making 10k steps for almost a month consistantly now and will be upping my steps to 11k next week. More than anything, I'm wrapping my head around being ok with this being a slow and steady journey.
