Nice to work from home for a day.
Long way under calories. Will have something before bed, but still will not put me over budget. (I could demolish a 100g block of chocolate and STILL not be over budget).
Bad weather tomorrow and Sunday (after good weather all week). Race scheduled for tomorrow postponed.
@RangerRickL. Love out 2 cats. They help make our house a home.

Exercise? Yes, 1X20minute snail's pace walk and another 1X40 min snail's pace walk today in the heat and humidity. At least I got outside.
Calories? Under by a slight margin. Amazing how easy it was for that milkshake to go down...and how long it takes in exercise and calorie control to compensate!

Crash and burn! Got to munching at lunch but it was ok and logged. Then dh made his famous carrot cake and I had made the most amazing blackberry sorbet. And it rained to curtail my hike. And procrastination. And there it all went. My last pass day. Now I'll really try the hard challenge of no more pass days!3

Rainy outside and planned "date night," pizza at home with hubby and my dad.3 -
Crash and burn! Got to munching at lunch but it was ok and logged. Then dh made his famous carrot cake and I had made the most amazing blackberry sorbet. And it rained to curtail my hike. And procrastination. And there it all went. My last pass day. Now I'll really try the hard challenge of no more pass days!
Carrot cake is my favorite and the sorbet sounds soooo good...I would definitely go over with them in front of me!!2 -

Beautiful day on the farm. Rode in the prairie park with an experienced rider friend. He is moving to Tucson, AZ, so this is probably the only time we'll ride together, but we had a wonderful 3 hour ride in nature.
Calories: nice margin under my limit

Legit pass day for Friday. Didn't track dinner, and I'm quiteite sure it was over in calories!2

Yes x 3. Took a crazy gym dance class, ate my pitifully low calories, and half exercise calories.2

Early morning Jiu Jitsu before fasting glucose test. Breakfast on the way to gym to start strength training again followed by 30 mins of rowing. Second breakfast with the birthday girl them lunch with her and her family followed by a spur of the moment tattoo (crown behind my left ear while she got anchor on her sleeve). Running late for woman's conference so skipped supper to get a quick visit with the nephew and nieces when I picked their mom up!
All logged and way under even without my triple training sessions!2 -
