Last night, we (Rose and I) took two of the granddaughters to see a fictional story that imagines the moment that a man and a wolf created a bond of partnership. The granddaughters, Daphne, 12 and Phoebe, 9, declared it to be "one of the best movies ever." It is interesting and you have to give it a healthy dose of suspended disbelief, but it's worthwhile. It's entitled, Alpha.

I wanted to binge so bad today, but I couldn't make up what I wanted to binge on. That's how ridiculous binging can get. How did it end up? I went to the store to get what I needed because really aside from emotional eating the fridge was empty for real...and I really only got what I needed. I'd call that a self-defeated binge, I guess.8 -

Spent most of the day at a woman's conference but did a walk in the afternoon (light day after a busy week). Not all the best choices today but a reasonable calorie level so a win for me.
Quite impressed with myself that no pass days for me this month yet!7 -

back on track after my two weird days - had some good time with the horses after cleaning the barn and a strenuous practice session.

This Grandma is exhausted from a marathon migrating migraine brain pain kind of day.

I’m in downtown Chicago tonight for the evening. Drank more than the usual amount of wine but my tracking led me to choose broiled whiteflsh and no gluten side dishes.
Calories: nice margin below my limit
Exercise: 2 hours of wood cutting, lifting and carrying

Yes x 3 for me. Since I've been fattening up, I'm being extremely meticulous with my counting. I'm weighing every little thing. I took Craig's advice on BMR, and I really don't get to each much. I'm bumping up my exercise, so I can have more food. I did a couple of hours of tango for exercise. Tomorrow will be weight lifting.3 -
Fail x3. I thought I was going to get some exercise in. The riding mower at my father's farm broke down, so I thought it didn't make sense to trim and mow the ditches with the push mower since I'd be, hopefully, mowing soon enough. So, no exercise with the push mower for me.1
