    Yes. 3 hours biking this morning. 2 @ 27kph and a wind down hour @21kph

    I ran 20 kms and then played badminton for an hour with my kids in the afternoon 😊 My legs were so sore they woke me up during the night!

    Yes x 3 - a workout that had the towel in frequent play and lots of running around on with and for the horses and garden. Blackberries. Lots of blackberries.

    I started the day with a 30 minute early morning walk through the central downtown area of Chicago. It was so strange to walk across empty streets which are jammed with cars on weekdays. I ended the day with a high intensity horseback ride at a working trot speed. Both the horse and I were dripping with sweat at the end. Time elapsed was 120 minutes

    Calories: under by a nice margin
    Tracking: okay

    Failed again. Actually, I snacked after dinner...ice cream...my downfall. I probably could have counted running around the house with my almost 1-1/2-year-old niece as exercise, though! LOL

    Exercise? The bare minimum 20 minute stroll with DH
    Calories? Under by a large amount...still not a great day...
    Tracked? Yes, half peanut butter sandwich, half an apple and half a coolatta. Still no appetite for anything substantial.
