Last night DH and i went to the eagles lodge. My number was pulled $250 richer. Woot.

Our VFW is doing a Queen of Hearts that is now over 4 million. I am sharing tickets each week with a friend. Her daughter goes over and gets the tickets and fills them out for us. $10 a week each.
House update: the single mom is very interested and she is putting her house on the market this week. The ponies want more bedrooms but I we are a maybe. The chef is trying to get financing. Links to be a great weekend so bring on more showings!
Haircut and refresh of the pink highlights yesterday - massage and chiro today - I feel as spoiled as Jack!

- Great afternoon and dinner later with old work friends. Some from as far away as Indianapolis and Nowhere New Mexico. We all worked together at HP in Ft. Lauderdale in the 80s.
- We started out at a microbrewery one of them owns in Gainesville. Left Nut Brewing. leftnutbrewing.com
- Things are starting to sound promising for Wauconda real estate.
- I have to go network some computers.

Nothing new here, just another day in the office, I'll take each day of pay I can get LOL. No words of closure this week. Yet.
Told SO we might as well go to the lake/glamper this weekend. Next weekend he is staying in town to do the HD 115th Anniversary stuff. And like Dennis, he has the 115th Anniv tee-shirt to prove it. LOL
Could be a good striping gig up north here in MKE for Tom, Raine? You know the new owners of Milwaukee HD are from Chicago, right?
Anyway, its a gorgeous day here 70's and not humid. This is going to change to hot and humid Sat and Sun.

Sam, I cancelled my MRI...I didn't see the point in spending $2900. Someone is going to miss a payment. I imagine the rheumatologist will be able to get along without an MRI.
Interestingly, I feel pretty good. Got my energy back. Just some mild persistent pain and swelling of my wrist.

Apparently I didn't hit post this morning. Ron is officially retired. They did his exit interview yesterday. Crazy that we are moving up the timeline.
Need to figure out how to add him to my insurance. Thankfully his two weeks straddle the month so we are good through September which gives me a few days to figure it out.0 -
