Yes x 3 for the 1st.
I managed to avoid all the finger food and alcohol at the party last night which I'm proud of myself for 😊.
I've reduced my activity level due to my sore calf so the calorie allowance has dropped 300 calories which is going to be an extra challenge!2 -
Yes x 3 but barely! Eeked by for day #13

Day 1 and I’m very, very new to all of this.
I got my 3 in but I wouldn’t say I gave it my all. I did moderate dog walking for a total of 20 mins but for the first time ever added some core strengthening excercises afterward. However, I would hardly call this a workout, as I walk the dog 2x everyday. Today is the end of my weekend so I took my relaxing a little too seriously and I’m ashamed!
Calorie intake was way below my goal, but that’s due to taking that relaxing to a new level (aka I was too lazy to cook.) I did however drink lots of water.
Tomorrow I am back to work (where my job involves walking for 6hours) so I’m hopeful I’ll be on the right track moving forward. I look forward to participating and reading all your inspiring entries!

That sounds amazing. I also saw seals, 12 of them and got kisses from 5 of them. Granted 8 of those (including all the kissers) are the residents at the place I work and the other 4 are strandeds that are in rehab so they can be released back into the wild as soon as they recover from injury or get back to healthy weight.3 -
Just signed back in to check out how other did yesterday to discover that I did something wrong yesterday, I guess it was a newbie mistake and I pressed the wrong button.

Personal goals for September:
- Plan to be in winners circle (track everything as expected in this UAC)
- Not more than 3 pass days
- Stay honest (even if it puts me out of the circle for the month)
- Forgive my mistakes (forgive myself) and don't leave the UAC for this month even if I failed
- Encourage others where possible.
Looking forward to a successful September!3 -
