Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, I did 70 minutes on my treadmill for a total of 3.4 miles.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? I did because I got in enough exercise to balance the amazing BBQ pulled pork I made. B)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? I tracked it all. Even my diet Coke!

Congrats to everyone in the winner's circle!
    Welcome to the newcomers!
And it's so good to see familiar members again :)

Yes x 3 for me today. Lot's of walking. I'm setting a reasonable, doable calorie goal for myself this month. I'd love to lose weight, but for now, I'll be satisfied if I just stop gaining! My main goal this month is to gather my strength, not get sick, stabilize, and find a new job.

Exercise - 20 min, walked to the store instead of driving.
    Calories - under
    Tracked - yes

Drove most of the day, so just got a quick walk in. Stopped and picked up a salad for lunch. Opened it on the road and found out their was no dressing included. So it ended up being really low cal!

    Yes x 3 for the 1st.
I managed to avoid all the finger food and alcohol at the party last night which I'm proud of myself for 😊.
I've reduced my activity level due to my sore calf so the calorie allowance has dropped 300 calories which is going to be an extra challenge!

Day 1 and I’m very, very new to all of this.

I got my 3 in but I wouldn’t say I gave it my all. I did moderate dog walking for a total of 20 mins but for the first time ever added some core strengthening excercises afterward. However, I would hardly call this a workout, as I walk the dog 2x everyday. Today is the end of my weekend so I took my relaxing a little too seriously and I’m ashamed!

Calorie intake was way below my goal, but that’s due to taking that relaxing to a new level (aka I was too lazy to cook.) I did however drink lots of water.

Tomorrow I am back to work (where my job involves walking for 6hours) so I’m hopeful I’ll be on the right track moving forward. I look forward to participating and reading all your inspiring entries!
