Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

If you do 3 things each day and report in to the UAC with your results at least once every 3 days, then you fulfill the requirements.
On the other hand, if you do less than 3 of those things, then you have a Pass day.
    The 3 things are:
    1) eat & drink less calories than your chosen limit
    2) do exercise activities of at least 20 minutes per day
    3) track every bite, lick, and swallow of caloric intake
A Pass-day can be intentional or unintentional. Our foundational goal is to replace unhealthy habits with healthy habits.
    Best wishes, Rick

P.S. no one is kicked off the team for having more than 3 Pass Days per month.
To qualify for the monthly Winners Circle you must have less than 4 Pass Days.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Work more on strength training. I can't walk the way I will love to for the next few days because of my right foot.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    @craigo3535 that is good news!

Yes to all three. Made the most of the last day of summer, back to work tomorrow, so walked to the gym before a swim.

As of 2 days ago, my wife has stopped taking insulin. Her blood sugar readings have been so low that insulin is causing no benefit, in fact could be a danger as readings were borderline hypo. She is monitoring blood sugar closely and will resume if required. Even without the insulin her blood sugar readings have remained in the "normal" range. Fingers crossed that the permanent change in diet may mean that she may never need to take it again.
So proud of your wife for the healthy goals she is attaining...and you, as well, for providing encouraging support. It is a great accomplishment and credit to you both for being engaged in a healthy life style. Her success is a testament of her perseverance. Kudos to your family!

    Calories - under

Week 2 of school in progress. Starting to get my routines sorted out. Made some instant pot freezer meals over the weekend to help avoid those too tired to cook nights. I do meal plan but there are still those crazy days.

Exercise: Yes, a lil bit. Mostly just sone cardio and walking and yoga
Calories: Yes, suprisingly. I'm feeling quite full right now but my calories came juuuust under my goal (and i try not to eat back my exercise calories)
    Tracked: Yes, every bite!!!

Almost had a "pass" day, I'm really not feeling so great this week, I'm a bit under the weather and probably exhausted myself from yesterdays cardio.
Today I just did a lil bit of light yoga, maybe 20 minutes of cardio and 90 minutes of walking. Didn't strength train like I wanted to :(
Almost binged too because I'm starting to have cravings, but I'm staying strong!! 🌟💪
