Hi, I'm Megan I am new to MFP I just started my weight loss journey today. This is the first time I am counting calories I have spent most my life trying every crazy diet that comes along only to fail. So I figured it's time to try something more realistic and sustainable. I am hoping to find some people to talk to that also have 100+lbs to lose or have lost a significant amount.
My Numbers:
Height: 5'7
SW: 370
CW: I started today so still 370 lol
GW: 355
LTGW: 175
Weigh ins: I think I will do weigh ins once every two weeks.
Total WL/G for the month= 15-20lbs

Oh, there are plenty of us that have to lose +100. I started at 315 and I am 5'3"--now down to 240, but still gonna be here forever and ever. You should post these stats over in the Sept. 2018 monthly challenge thread where everyone posts their stats and goals and all the action happens there. Welcome! If you have any questions me or someone here can usually answer pretty readily.

Hi I started yesterday too 🙂
I'm 5'4" with a SW of 298.
I say I started yesterday but I may have gone over my calories a lot last night. Mild (Huge) stress eater. But looking back over the day it was a normal day for me so at least I know how much I'm doing wrong 😂
Starting fresh again today. We really can do this!2 -
