Been a wonky, but good day.
Had a lazy morning, and the chilly air from the rain made it hard to feel motivated, cuz I was already feeling rly gloomy (my best friend rarely talks to me anymore SMH).
But then the sun came out and I'm sure that was Life telling me to focus less on feeling sorry for myself and focus more on taking care of myself. So after breakfast I went straight to my workout, and knocked out a really good cardio session for an hour 💪
Proud of myself, cuz I was really tempted to have a Pass day and just stay glued to the computer and let my depression eat at me
I'm running errands tomorrow so it'll be nice to finally get out of the house, and that'll count as my day's worth of walking. Got meals prepped so I can keep my nutrition on track. Tonight for my dessert I treated myself to 2 1/2 squares of dark chocolate on 50calotie bread. I let the melted chocolate harden on the bread and it was soooo delicious 😍
Anyways sorry for rambling. I have to sleep now! Hope everyone has a good weekend~ ❤️❤️💪🌟5 -

Exercise: Yes, really pushed myself tonight and walked on treadmill for 42 minutes! I'm not a fast Walker but I did manage to get 2 miles in! Just recently got a FitBit and I'll really focusing on my steps! I hit my goal today (thanks to the treadmill) of getting over 10,000 steps in!
Calories under: yes!
Tracked Everything: Yes! I did not eat the best things today, but I owned it! And at least I still came out under!
Tomorrow I am going to a Bigfoot Festival! Haha. Have no idea what to expect from it.
One thing I know is that I'm sure I'll be walking and getting a lot of steps in. Just hoping I don't go crazy with any bad foods they may have. I have no more pass days left!
