    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class, followed by a 60 minute Align and Define Yoga class, and then 30 minutes C25K training .

    Exercise? Yes! Walked 22 minutes on treadmill to finish getting my 10k steps in for the day. And I did quite a bit of walking at the festival. We didn't stay long it was too hot and too crowded. Now I remember why I never go to festivals haha.
    Under Calories? Yes! Very surprisingly. I ate horrible, but I still came out under! Very close though!
    Tracking? Yes! Every bad thing I ate today haha.

    I am so ready to eat healthy foods tomorrow. My body needs it!

    I am back in the saddle today,
    Calories: just fine even though we took the grandchildren to the county fair. I have been going to that fair since I was 4 years old.
    Tracking: great...that is what allowed me to have a bit of 'fair food' and keep within my calorie limit
    Exercise: big day of morning exercise cleaning up and cutting fallen trees from this weeks storms. 3 hours of sweaty activity.
