    Another tiring day. 12:46am and still going (started 8:00am).

    Fortunately adequate break for lunch.

    Looking forward to the weekend, at least I can sleep for a good part of it before having a chance to explore.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 60 minute Barre class in the morning, and 60 minutes Pilates Mat in the evening.

    Pass day. Its been crazy and sometimes I ate well, but didn't log. Other days I didn't eat as well and went over slightly. Lots of exercise though...

    I live at the bottom of Africa, in the city of Port Elizabeth on the South coast of South Africa!!!

    Sept 12 - checking in from NE Florida, USA

    Exercise: Yes, 26 minute walk, 5,259 steps for the day. Considering that I was chained to my desk with work all day, I am claiming the victory.

    Calories: Nope, LNS stress ate enough to put me over on calories. Turning on the TV to unwind for the day is a dangerous place for me to be.
