In October I would like to set up a personal challenge. I like structure... SO for October I would like to propose a challenge of 30-60mins
working out in any way you see fit. Even if it is only walking. No judgement here. Just a commitment for the entire month. Simple enough right? No down days. No breaks or gaps in schedule. So the ball is truly in your court. You can modify your workouts to fit your life however you'd like but the overall goal is to keep moving and commit to this challenge and take a leap in your own personal goals. You In?
