    Hello Heather. I am a new member and trying to get a grasp on how to be vegan. After watching the Netflix documentary about the where our food came from and how it is making us sick, I just need to switch real fast.

    Hi! I’ve been a vegetarian for many years but I’m just transitioning towards veganism. It would be much easier if didn’t feel that I was being an inconvenience to others! Perhaps we can support each other. I’ll send you a friend request.
