    been really depressed & zoned out today :/ idk why i'm struggling this week but nothing feels right. didn't get moving until 3pm!!! but i had things to do so i sucked it up and managed to stay productive & active for about 3 hours!

    eating this week is hard too, i'm trying not to binge 😭😭 but since this is an accountability group AND a challenge group, i'm making it my goal & personal challenge to come back here tomorrow with a clear conscience, binge-free, no pass day needed. i'm going out tomorrow and it's almost too appealing to buy a bunch of junk food but i have all my food planned out and i'm treating myself to brownie waffles!!

    tonight i cooked seared tofu w/ spicy tomato sauce & sauteed yellow squash! everyone loved it 💖 i'm a little bit happier now.

    Weightlifting, I went up on my squats so I'm in beast mode, and happy, well under calories, and the scale finally moved. It was just half a pound, but in the right direction this time. :):):)
