    Steamed fish. It's so bland...and I really like bland food.

    Exercize - about 10k interval running + 35 min hike
    Calories - yes
    Tracked - yes

    For the first time in 3 years I ran on track, again! A friend of mine said that track wasn't nice but he has no idea of training athletics on the street, dodging unleashed dogs and pot holes, because he can train at a nice track...so his "not so nice" was amazing to me. Loved it.

    Calories: Yes, not much room left over but i made it
    Tracked: Yes

    feeling better today. ate well too!! i was about to eat more despite getting full but after tracking everything i realized i was nearly overeating so i gave the extra fun-sized candy bar to my sister and i'm gonna do some yoga instead :) when i was at the store i was thinking about buying more bags of chocolate and eatign them all tonight but i told myself outloud "No" and actually listened to myself for once! for me, that's a big change~ so proud of myself for being mindful & staying on track today, i was super close to making impulsive mistakes.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Barre class, followed by a 60 minute Yoga class, then a 60 minute bicycle ride in the afternoon.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yep
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep

    Bicycle ride was very bittersweet. We had a " silent ride, " in memory of a fellow cyclist who was hit and killed by a drunk driver while he was riding. We had a great turnout, beautiful weather, and law enforcement escorts both in front of us, and behind. They also blocked crossroads as we rode through. Although I didn't personally know him, I was honored to pedal in his memory.

    This is a combined post for a few days. They were a mixed bag. A lot of work prevented exercise then a dinner out on Saturday blew the calories a little.
    Thursday: Yes calories and tracking but no exercise
    Friday: yes calories and tracking but no exercise
    Saturday: no to all 3

    I think I will look back & realize this was a very important day for me. I’d been feeling more & more hungry & was getting freaked about being unable to handle the surge in hunger & possibly gaining back what I’ve lost.

    I changed my macros today & only ate what I’d already burned.

    Grateful for this group &!support.

    The scale inched down another notch, I'm so relieved this is finally working. I'm shoot for 1/2 lb a week loss, and it seems like I'm making it.
    Favorite healthy food is roasted wild salmon over brown rice. It's pricey, so I eat it just once a week.
