What's your goal?

My goal is to lose the unwanted pounds in hopes of regaining some energy and confidence back.
Expressing our goals no matter how big or small will only help expand our support group and support people. By holding ourselves accountable with the help of others, there is no goal we can't reach.
So I am asking you, what's your goal?

My goal during this challenge is to lose 25 lbs, which is a little over 2 lbs per week, which I think is a really healthy rate of lose. I want to have more energy, feel better in my own skin and clothes!!3

Future goals include jogging a 5k again, or at least be able to jog a mile, heck I’ll settle for just running up the stairs or a hill without getting breathless (lol). I’d love to lose weight and feel better in my own skin also, but ultimately it’s about my overall health, including increasing my energy levels, stamina, and tossing in some more adventures along the way.3

My goal is to get back on track with logging my food and exercise. I started putting weight back on when I wasn’t being mindful of what I was eating.2
