I’m completely happy with my loss this week since I went group camping and had no control over my meals! I’m sure that loss is from hiking since I feel like I ate horribly!!!

@violet456 Unless you stashed away an extra 17,000 calories somewhere, I doubt that you gained 4.5 lbs in a week. I'd bet if you watched your sodium and drank a lot of water, most of that will be gone in 2-3 days. It happens to me all the time.1

Overall I’m happy with my loss. Would have been nice to see my goal is 258 (SO CLOSE!!!). I hit my NSV and can wear the jeans I wanted comfortably. They were jeans I bought many pounds ago as goal jeans and they have never fit. I love these kinds of victories!2 -

Well I did loads of cycling and stayed under calories all days but one but apparently that wasn't enough for me to lose any weight. Pretty pissed off and disappointed as I was expecting a good number this week Off on holiday next week too where I won't be able to count calories. fmllllll2 -

@Daynacrd - I think that was a timing thing, actually. I have been working on this all year, and had not made any big changes in August, but I was down less than I'd have expected on August 27 (water? time of the month who knows!). So, yeah, I think that 3.5 week was a fluke, that it reflected having lost some the week before that I had not gotten "credit" for yet! :-)1
