I recommend trying to avoid eating breakfast, fast till lunchtime, drink teas with oil to keep yourself full. Pu Erh with MCT oil helps suppress cravings for food and keeps me productive / focused. Dip into a couple of nuts if you have to. Baked / activated Walnuts are good.0

II have to agree, I fast from 8 to noon but if you want a good fast breakfast option, I love my chia pudding (even for lunch!!!). Look at Liz MacDowell blog, it's one of my favorite. Her recipes book (Vegan Keto was very helpful for me).0
