This is my first month doing UAC. I am good at tracking breakfast but tend fizzle as the day progresses. I am hoping that this challenge will give me the push I need to be consistent. So far, so good.
I am now starting to realize the unexpected side benefit of saying no to tastes/licks/bites because I don't know how to track something and I am hoarding my pass days.
same here - especially about peanut butter not from the measuring spoon .... because after all, we are talking PEANUT BUTTER ....
I too am trying to hoard my passes, but have already had to use the 1st one (but not because of peanut butter)

Hi. I'm new to this. I lost 30 lbs earlier this year when I joined a weight loss challenge at work. I have 20 lbs to go. I like this idea of accountability.2
