    Thanks for posting early again.

    Here are my results so far:
    Oct 01(SW) - 93.6 kg (206.4 lbs)
    Oct 07 - 91.4 kg (201.5 lbs)
    Oct 14 - 90.2 kg (198.9 lbs) 🎉
    Oct 21 -
    Oct 28
    Oct 31(EW) -

    Goal loss - 3.7 kg (8.2 lbs) (89.9 kg)
    Total loss so far- 3.4 kg (7.5 lbs)
    Loss this week: 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs)

    Not such a big loss, but still higher than my weekly goal (0.5 kg). I am very, very pleased that I am now overweight and not obese according to my BMI (I'm reasonably tall)! This has been my big goal for the last few months.

    Starting weight 144 lbs
    October 7 143 lbs
    October 14 141.2 lbs
    total loss 2.8
    I am very happy with this loss considering I have had a slow running week and it was Thanksgiving here last week. I am more than 1/2 way to my monthly goal.

    Wow, I got a real surprise when I jumped on the scales this morning :-) Am very excited to have found this group and am grateful for all of the support.

    My highlight from last week was going to the supermarket twice and only buying the two or three things on my list. I never even looked at the lollie aisle, and believe me, that's a big deal because three weeks ago I would have found any excuse to go to the supermarket to top up my secret stash.
