    Forgot to sign in last night! Yes x3 yesterday including a lovely walk through a small pocket of rainforest near my city that I had no idea existed!

    WRT sleep, I usually get between 7 - 7.5 hours. I try so hard to crack the magic 8-hour barrier but it rarely happens. I often get up at 5am to go to the gym before work, but it's hard to get everything done in the evening to be in bed by 9pm!

    I try to get to bed at 10 and wake up 5:30. Things work out well when I stick to it.
