    Pain is wearing at times, not ysing narcotics. Eating more but exercising far more.

    So far so good. Under weight on day of fall 0.4 to 2.4 lbs below

    Next week I am traveling. Won't be able to track with any degree of accuracy... I'll resume in November hoping to have a better month.

    I've had health problems and pain for the last week, and I just gave up on tracking. I didn't go crazy with the food, but did have extra wine, and they were definitely pass days. Ah well. I'm better now, so will get back on track.

    Had to take my 4th pass. Wasn't feeling well, so skimped on the exercise and had some comfort calorie.
