Exercised?: Yes (drone track setup - full days competition on my feet all day).
Calories?: Yes
Tracked?: Yes
Helped set up a drone track at a local club in the morning, standing pretty much all day (apart from when flying).
BBQ lunch provided (sausages, but without bread).
Flew well today. Made final 6, and ended up 4th in the finals through consistency (more than speed).
Still would like to go faster (but I break less stuff when I fly within my limits).
@RangerRickL. Did enjoy today. Good weather, good company. Lots of activity outside.

So true in many aspects of life!6 -
3 x Yes
It seems I'm becoming better educated my guesstimates of food portions while away travelling weren't too far off as I still saw a weight loss - feeling pretty good about trusting myself and what my body needs8 -
Have e joyed a leisurely Sunday
3 x yes for today5 -
Exercise - 2h road bike ride
Calories - yes
Tracked - yes
Woke up to blue/purple bruises and a sore ankle. Rained all night and I don't want to know how they raced on that trail, gave up my idea of training there and drove back home with mixed feelings.
On a side, the voicemails of both coaches telling me to not race, on the other my own doubt...couldnt I just suck it up?
Went out for a road bike ride, not feeling the best but could ride and it was the best thing I could do for my legs. Felt much better afterwards. Cream, tape, shower, food...
Looking forward now. I have no idea if I'm going to do the next race in 2 weeks but I'm going to train for it anyway.6 -

I fell out of the habit of signing in this last week, however renew my plan to sign in every day this coming week and have signed up for November. Most of the days were a yes for tracking and calories although I didn’t manage exercise for some of them. Saturday was a no across all 3.
@RangerRickL Sunday is a family day for us. The one day of the week none of us are working or at school.6 -

Today is the day after the funeral for little Hannah. It has been a very difficult 10 days since her death. My heart goes out to her parents who have lost their child. Hannah was the little sister (by a different mother) of my own grandchildren, Lucy and Evan.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes finished my week long experiment. Day7/7. 100,088 steps/ 100k goal
Had to take a couple longer walks to get there
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. Went well over
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?
No. Not everything
Two big things I realized this week from getting my steps up. The first was that I need to be more consistent. When I get a track workout in the morning I have over half my steps in the first hour of the day. If I miss that, it’s a lot to make up. The second is that even though I’m busy on the weekend, busy isn’t necessarily active. I had to work to keep my count average
Anyway, I’m out of the running for this month but looking forward to November3 -
Early morning run (mostly motivated to get it in to get my points and this week's bonus on my insurance rewards program) and then most of the day at church celebrating our 10th birthday. I helped with both services so was on my feet the whole morning setting things up etc. I was on punch duty, but apparently that had to do with mixing a drink, not hitting people! Had one little piece of cake in the morning and a boerie roll but after the evening service there was lots left and I ate over calories and didn't remember it all so it's not logged.
I then found a flat tyre so at 9pm I was driving slowly to the garage to get it fixed. Stupid screw!!!
I did get time in between church services to prep food for the week, so we are on track for a good week!!!!3 -
