Not much else to report.
@RangerRickL. Well under today, so less than 3 or less pass days this month (irrespective of tomorrow). Thank you for the vote of confidence yesterday. So count me in for circle.
My story for this month is ridiculous amounts of travel and insane workload. However, through all that kept tracking, remained active and weight still at ideal for my height (estimate 10% body fat).

Congrats to all of those who plan to achieve Winner's Circle this month. I will not be part of the circle due to extensive travel. @craigo3154 I don't know how you keep up with your workload, required travel, family and commitments. You are an exemplary model of discipline. My continued praises to your wife for her newly discovered self-discipline. Your approach to her weight loss journey is commendable.
A shout out, as well, to all participants who attempted this challenge and continued with participation and logging even after the requisite pass days were exceeded, or failed to achieve Winner's Circle for other circumstances. While we did not achieve "Winner's Circle," we have a "Winning Circle of Friends."
A number of our group members have been challenged this month with illness, injury or loss minimally including:

Great day! Awesome gym session to start with, morning yin yoga with my friends. A busy day at work that ended slightly early so I could get a shower in before Jiu Jitsu (because howling gales mean that feeding fish smoothie to stranded seals is a messy process and no one would roll with me without a shower!)
Ate well and came in 2 calories below my lower limit with everything tracked.
Stepped on the scale this evening and very happy to see I have dropped below 70kg. Now to lose the weight of my gi (1.5kg with belt) before comp. Definitely find that keeping calories between 1800 and 2000 is better fuel for my schedule.5 -

Exercise - usually not an issue, but challenging today as my cold leaves me feeling really draggy. Managed to get 40 minutes of oretty low intensity riding in, so all is good.
One more day to go. Will buy my trick or treat candy on the way home and give everything left to the last kids before I turn off the porch light (lucky kids!!) Fottinately, the rain is due to stop mid-day so all looks good for the goblins in the evening.3 -

Exercised? Yes, 1 hour late afternoon walk in the beautiful fall sunshine! Additional 20 minutes low impact aerobics.
Calories? Uncertain, some combination foods at dinner difficult to estimate

On my feet all day, prelogging dinner and even with a dog walk, gone over if I don't eat back exercise calories. Still way under maintenance but over daily target. Happy Halloween, Mr.peanut butter cup.3 -

It was a very nice fall day, so when I got home, I went for a 30+ minute walk in the woods with my gal, Rose.

@trimi1104 Boneless fish, vitamins and the stuff they use in drips to hydrate you, blended and strained. We tube it to stranded seals until we can get them eating whole fish to get nutrition into them.2

Calories no, way over, then felt soooo bloated and ill,totally not worth it!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - extra-long both because I ended one exergame "tour" and started a new one, AND because there was a birthday at the office, including Acadian-style spice cake
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - thanks to the extra exercise time
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, including the number and variety of "fun size" Halloween chocolates ... which average between 50 and 60 calories EACH (and could potentially add up quickly)
